DOMESTIC PACKAGE INSURANCE

Domestic insurance package which gives protection to the homeowners/renters against loss or damage to the private dwellings/buildings, household goods and personal belongings against fire, theft, riot and strike, malicious damage, floods, explosion, lightning and thunderbolt.  It also offers personal liability to third parties by he insured, workmen's compensation to domestic servants and golfers liability.

REQUIREMENTS
a)       Building construction should be bricks, stones or concrete walls with slate, tile, concrete asbestos or
          metal roofs.
b)       Building must be in good state of repair and properly maintained
c)       Full protection is necessary for burglary insurance i.e. burglar alarms, metal shutters, perimeter fence etc.
d)       Location-should not be slum or near slum
e)       All windows must have iron bars
f)       Proposal form must be fully completed and any previous loss disclosed
