CLAIMS PROCEDURES AFTER LOSS OCCURRENCE.

In event of an accident or incidence that may give rise to a claim. Report to us immediately either by phone, SMS or Mail.

On receipt Alpine Insurance Brokers Limited will take action immediately in fulfillment on our promise on policy issuance.   Upon notification, our office shall supply necessary documents and information on how to formally fill and set in motion the process of claim settlement.

MARINE CLAIMS.

  • Obtain and send to us copy of marine certificate to facilitate faster claim process.
  • Cooperate with the investigators/adjusters.
  • Complete a claim form.
  • Report the incident to the police and obtain an abstract.
  • Other documents include: - shipping invoices, bill of lading, survey report or other documentary evidence to show extent of loss and weight notes at final destination.
